Return Policy
BUSINESS WORLD PRODUCTS
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
We
will always strive to give our customers the maximum amount of credit
possible of returned merchandise and process the credit in a quick
efficient manor. To
assist us in the return process we are requesting that a return
authorization number be issued prior to sending items back for credit. Please call our
office to obtain your R/A # so we can issue your pick up and credit.
When
calling for your R/A # please have the original invoice number and / or
the date of purchase. This
information is necessary to issue the proper credit in a timely manor.
The
following guidelines will apply to all returns:
Good Merchandise
- Product must be in resalable condition. This means the original packaging is in good condition, no marks, not ripped open, original packing materials…ect. for any credit to be issued.
- 1 – 29 days from date of invoice full credit
- 30 – 60 days from date of invoice 10% restock fee
- 60 – 90 days from date of invoice 20% restock fee
- Over 90 days from date of invoice NO Credit will be given
Defective
Merchandise
- Damaged or defective items may be returned for full credit for up to 90 days from date of invoice.
- Defective items over 90 days will be subject to manufacture warranty guidelines and will vary from company to company.
- All Universal items have a 1 year guarantee and can be returned beyond the 90 day time frame.
Special Order
Merchandise
- Special order items are non-returnable!
- Damage on special order items MUST
be reported to BWP within 7 days so that we may contact the
manufacturer for replacement.
- Computer hardware and software
orders Can Not be cancelled or returned.
In Store Cash Merchandise
- The original invoice is required
in order to receive credit as stated above.
